Question: Have eight (8) questions: 1) Is a base CAD file available to assist in takeoffs? 2) Can you provide a detail and specifications for the Spec rail fence at the Obstacle Course? 3) Are you eliminating sod and permanent grassing at the Obstacle Course? 4) At the Obstacle Course, are we going to lengthen the fenced in area to the first existing brick column from the corner? 5) On the Obstacle Course bid, can you add an item for haul off as needed? 6) On the Gravel Parking Lot bid, can you add items for haul off of soils as needed, undercut unsuitable soils and dispose of as needed, and import fill as needed? 7) Can you provide specifications and details for the installation of the new Transformer Pad, 2” & 6” Conduit, and pull boxes? 8) Are you going to eliminate the 2 “Testing and Inspections” items from the bid since the Town will be paying for these, or should we just include the cost for coordination here?
