Description: The Oconee County Board of Commissioners are seeking to establish a contract for Annual HVAC Maintenance at various County buildings. Contractor will be expected to provide all materials, tools, equipment and labor to provide preventative/scheduled maintenance, corrective/unscheduled maintenance, as well as emergency maintenance. Initial contract term will be for one (1) year with the options of four (4) one year renewals. Please see Section III of the bid documents for full scope of work.
