Specifications may be picked up at the Public Works Department located at 58 Pittenger Circle, Winchester, TN 37398 from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Bid deadline is Friday, April 1, 2016, at 4:00 p.m. and the bid opening will be held on Monday, April 4, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. For further information, please contact Steve Goodwin at 931/308-2677.
