Description: Work of this Contract covers the following construction at the District’s Central Office Complex, 500 Laser Rd NE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following as identified in the Contract Documents:
• Warehouse Addition:
o Construction of a new records storage addition
o Interior renovation of existing warehouse records room.
o Relocation of existing high-density storage units from Central Office Building and Warehouse records room.
o Miscellaneous site & utility work.
• Pre-Engineered Metal Building Addition (Alternate Bid):
o Construction of new pre-engineered metal building for maintenance and yard storage.
• Renovation of Central Office Legal Department Suite (Alternate Bid):
o Tenant improvement of office suite.
