Description: The town of Scotia has received a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development through the South Carolina Department of Commerce. The town is requesting quotes from firms to implement the scope of work outlined below. This project is funded in part by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). All federal CDBG program requirements will apply to the contract. All contractors are required to be registered in the federal System for Award Management (SAM).


The Town of Scotia is accepting proposals for a Phase I Assessment. This project consists of making upgrades to the park to include new ADA-accessible and standard playground equipment to improve the existing park located at 121 Daley Road, Scotia, SC Hampton County.
