Building off recently completed efforts connected to the development and adoption of the Floodprint report, the City is seeking SOQ packages from qualified teams to provide the following services:
● Environmental Investigation + Survey
● Hydrologic and Hydraulic Modeling / Analysis
● Site Engineering / Design
● Permitting
● Cost Estimating
The selected Design/Engineering Consultant will be responsible for, in general: (i) gathering all field and geospatial data necessary to complete requisite environmental survey activities; (ii) effectively incorporating preliminary hydraulic modeling, schematic design, and cost estimate data provided by the CDDL into initial technical reports, drawing sets, and project manual(s); (iii) providing City and CDDL staff with requested documentation needs throughout the project period (e.g., written project updates, interim technical reports, etc.); and (iv) leading and completing all requisite permitting activities to ready the project for construction.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Goldsboro City Hall (200 North Center Street, Goldsboro, NC 28358). This meeting will include: (i) a brief overview of the information presented in this RFQ package; and (ii) a site walk with local officials and other members of the project team.
