Description: Brookfield Lakin, LLC is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk for the approximately 40-acre Alamar Community Park Project to be constructed in Avondale, Arizona. The work included in this RFQ is the subject of a District Development, Financing Participation and Intergovernmental Agreement for the Lakin Community Facilities District (CFD). The contract with the CMAR would be with Brookfield Lakin, LLC and not with the City of Avondale nor the Lakin CFD. Interested parties are encouraged to download the RFQ materials provided.
