Question: 1. Concrete detail on page 10 shows 6" concrete. The court notes show 4" concrete. Please clarify. 2. What parking lot paving is to be used? 3. What concrete finishes are to be used on the sidewalks, pickleball courts, and basketball court?

Question: 1. Will the basketball and pickleball courts have 4" or 6" concrete? The court concrete section detail shows 6". The pickleball court layout and basketball layout show 4". 2. Will repaving the existing parking lot be in the scope of the job? If so, what material will be specified? 3. What will the concrete finishes for the pickleball courts and basketball court be? 4. Will the same coatings be used on the basketball and pickleball courts? 5. Will there be any specifications on the pickleball court nets? The plans only indicate that the nets be removable. 6. Page 5 of the plans shows bleachers. Will these be in the scope of this project? If so, we will need specs and/or details. 7. Will there be a need for temporary water and power? Or are those already available on site? 8. Will there be landscaping plans? Currently there are no landscaping, planting or irrigation plans. 9. Plan pages 3 and 4 show planter boxes. Are these in the scope of the job? If so, we will need specs and/or details.

Question: Received Addendum 2 and associated plans. Do not see sheet 9 of the plans (irrigation). Page 8 is labeled as landscaping plan, however there are no landscaping plan or details on that page.
Response: The plans submitted for the last addendum answered these questions. There is no irrigation. The landscape plan shows sod everywhere. No detail necessary. We are missing a tree removal plan and I will reach out for that. See addendum 3 for tree removal. We did not intend to pave the existing parking lot, just remove the trees.
