Description:
Bids for the construction of the Dana Drive Pump Station Building Repairs & Flood Mitigation project will be received by the City of Laurinburg, Attn: Harold W. Haywood, 303 West Church Street (Room 242), Laurinburg, NC, 28352, until 2:00 PM local time on Monday, June 7th, 2021. Bids may be mailed in or sent electronically to Harold Haywood at hhaywood@laurinburg.org.
The project consists of building construction to make repairs and improvements to provide flood mitigation at the Dana Drive Pump Station. Bids shall be submitted as a lump sum bid to perform the scope of work in the project documents.
The project schedule is tied to funding from FEMA. Notice to Proceed (NTP) is expected by June 11th, 2021, and the project is expected to be completed by July 31st, 2021, unless an extension is approved by the City and FEMA.
