Description: The Rockwood School District is soliciting quotes for the disposal of shop fluids, lubricants, oils and other fluids related to the maintenance of our school bus, facilities fleets and grounds equipment. The District owns 169 Class “C” Blue Bird buses powered by Diesel or unleaded fuel and 22 Class “A” Ford powered (unleaded) school buses utilized by our Transportation Department. Additionally, the district services approximately 90 district owned vehicles utilized by our Facilities Department.

The preferred vendor should provide annual pricing, for a three (3) year term, for pick up and disposal of vehicle/equipment related waste fluids listed in this RFQ (Exhibit A) for services to the Main Bus Lot located at 17146 Manchester Rd, Wildwood, MO 63040-1101 and to the Grounds Facility located at 25 Clayton Rd., Ellisville, MO 63011-2131. Prices should be good on a yearly basis, beginning July 21, 2022 through June 30, 2025. All services will be purchased on an as-needed basis. Estimated quantities are contained in “Exhibit-A”.

The final decision of purchase will be made upon the award of the Rockwood School District, Coordinator of Purchasing office as approved by the Board of Education on July 21, 2022.
