Description:
The work generally consists of relocating the historic wood framed two-story house currently located at 355 N. Beach Street. The house is to be moved approximately 800 +/- LF north of its current location within Riverfront Park. City forces will clear the existing trees within the transport path, the check valve assemblies, and duct work from underneath the house prior to transport through the park. Work will include moving the house, porches, and the construction of the new foundation.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A NON-MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE will be held at the Daytona Beach City Hall, 301 S. Ridgewood Ave., Room 149B, Daytona Beach, Florida 32114, on November 5, 2019 at 10:00 AM. A site visit will immediately follow. Interested contractors are urged to attend.
