Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting as follows:
February 21, 2024 at 3:30 PM – Portage Central High School
Site walk-thru(s) of the Portage Central High School, Portage West Middle School, and Portage Northern High School to be held as follows:
February 21, 2024 – Immediately following the Pre-Bid Meeting
Sealed bids will be received until Monday, March 4, 2024 at 10:00 AM local time, at the Portage Public Schools Administration Building, 8107 Mustang Drive, Portage, MI 49002. A public opening will be conducted beginning at 10:01 PM at the Portage Public Schools Administration Building, where bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Late bids will not be accepted.
All bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship (or lack of a relationship) that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education of the Portage Public Schools or the Superintendent of the School District. The District shall not accept a bid that does not include a sworn and notarized disclosure statement.
Portage Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in any bid and to award the bid(s) they deem in the best interest of Portage Public Schools.
