Description: The City of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, hereinafter called the OWNER, through Jacobs Engineering, hereinafter called the ENGINEER, is requesting proposals to furnish and deliver a Membrane Filtration System (System). The System includes, but is not limited to, the following items: microfiltration or ultrafiltration low pressure membrane equipment suitable for the production of 16 million gallons per day (MGD) of potable water for the specified conditions. The membrane system equipment will also include, but is not limited to, pre-screens and strainers, membrane trains consisting of modules, membrane support frames, feed pumps, backwash pumps, pre-filters, membrane Clean-In-Place (CIP) system, chemical day-tank storage and feed systems, low pressure process air blowers, air compressors and receivers, piping, valves, instrumentation and control systems, spare parts, delivery, and various field services.
