Overview: After the initial evaluations were submitted and the selection committee had their first meeting, it was recommended that the top two companies be brought in for interviews. On December 03, 2019, ESP Associates, Inc. and Weston and Sampson were both interviewed. After those interviews, a decision was made to send a letter of intent to ESP Associates, Inc. for the contract award for the Engineering Services for the Poplar Grove Pump Station.
