Description: The work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the project which includes the extension of the existing double 10'x'7' culvert (Structure No. 750300, at Turkey Creek), to the south, as well as the addition of new wingwalls and new sheet pile walls. Other work included: Milling and Resurfacing the outside eastbound lane on SR 528 and the widening and reconstruction of the adjacent shoulder (approximately 350 LF), replacing impacted pavement markings, regrading a portion of Turkey Creek to the south, and the addition of rubble rip rap.
