Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN – The City of Spartanburg is seeking proposal from vendors to provide construction services for up fitting office space at South Church Street Office Building. Work will include painting of the entire interior and portions of the exterior. All work to comply with city drawings and specification to provide quality workmanship. There is approximately 8 ft. high X 1800 ft. Contractor will be responsible for vendor take off of area. These estimates are not reflective of accurate dimension and are only shown as reference.
