Description: Sealed bids for Sidewalk Improvements to East Main Street Phase 1 Bid No.: 022-015 will be received by the City of Prattville at City Hall, 101 West Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067, until 10:00 am, Wednesday, August 31, 2022, and at that time publicly opened and read aloud at said location. The bracket estimate on this project is from $550,000 to $600,000 this bracket range is shown only to provide general financial information to contractors and bonding companies concerning the project’s complexity and size. This bracket should not be used in preparing a bid, nor will this bracket have any bearing on the decision to award the contract. The principal items of work are approximate as follows:
1,243 SY CONCRETE SIDEWALK, 4” THICK
1,319 LF COMBINATION CURB AND GUTTER, TYPE C (MODIFIED)
11,000 CY BORROW EXCAVATION (LOOSE TRUCKBED MEASUREMENT)

To be eligible for consideration, bids must be submitted on complete original proposals made available by the owner. Bid documents (including plans and proposals) are available through the digital plan room at Alabama Graphics, www.algraphicplanroom.com. Bid documents are on file at Prattville City Hall Annex, 102 West Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067. No bid documents will be distributed later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled opening of bids.

All bids SHALL be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the Bidder, Bidder’s license number, license expiration date, category, address and name of the project. Envelopes containing bids must be addressed as follows, and delivered to:
