Description: The City of Framingham (City), Department of Public Works (DPW), invites sealed bids for On-Call Road Surface Treatment.  The work performed shall include all necessary labor, material and equipment to place rubberized chip seal, bonded wearing course, and associated work on various roads as directed by the DPW.  Massachusetts Department of Transportation Highway Division Prequalification is required to bid on this project.  Please verify your company is MassDOT prequalified by viewing the attached MassDOT Prequalified bidders list.  Subsequent lists will be provided as addendums.  Only MassDOT prequalified contractors may bid on this project.
