“Each Bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to the Business and Professions Code and shall be licensed in one of the following classifications: California Contractors B License (with C-27 Landscaping Contractor License for subcontractor) or C-27 Landscaping Contractor License

Since we are not building a building shouldn’t an “A” License qualify to bid the project? Please clarify

Answer:  The district will accept a General "A" license as a qualified bidder.
