Description: The City of Quincy is requesting Statement of Qualifications for Phase III construction engineering services for the FAU 7824 (South 18th Street) – Harrison to Ohio Resurfacing project. The scope of work includes, but not limited to, HMA resurfacing, PCC sidewalks, PCC driveways, curb repair, and related items. The project is funded with Federal Aid through the Illinois Department of Transportation. Total budget for Phase III engineering services is approximately $100,000.  All questions are due via online no later than Monday, February 10, 2025 and submittals are due by Thursday, February 13, 2025 by 4:00 pm to the City of Quincy's Purchasing Department.
