Description:

The City of Aztec, NM (City) is requesting proposals from qualified Engineering firms to perform the design and provide bid and construction phase services for the rehabilitation of the City’s existing raw water Reservoir 1.  The City has selected rehabilitation Option 3 from the Reservoir 1 evaluation memorandum prepared by Bohannon Huston on October 14, 2019 with the subject entitled City of Aztec Reservoir No. 1 Rehabilitation Project. 

 

A site visit is scheduled for Monday, December 16, 2019, 11:00 AM, at Reservoir #1, located on Navajo Dam Road, Aztec NM 87410, east of the Aztec Water Treatment Plant.  Last day for questions is December 30, 2019, 10:00 AM.

 

Sealed proposals, clearly marked as RFP 2020-726 Reservoir 1 Design, Bid and Construction Services and iincluding the proposal due date and time, will be received by the Purchasing Office at 201 W. Chaco, Aztec, New Mexico 87410, until the hour of 3:00 p.m. on January 9, 2020. Proposals received after that date and time will be considered non-responsive and returned unopened.
