1. The purpose of the Request for Bid (RFB) is to establish a three (3) year contract for ground maintenance services for the District.
2. Grounds maintenance includes, but not limited to, adding mulch, maintaining mulched area, maintenance of ornamental trees and shrubs, and maintaining high school sports fields.
It is that of the bidder to insure their sealed envelope has been received prior to the deadline. It should not be assumed by the bidder that their submittals sent by US mail, UPS, FedEx or any other courier will be in the correct hands by the bid opening deadline.
Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 2/1/2022 9:00 AM
Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on February 1, 2022 at 9:00 AM at 101 Support Service Dr., Wentzville, MO 63385. Attendance is not mandatory; however, it is highly recommended that all bidders attend the pre-bid conference.
