(ESU), an NCAA Division II member institution, is soliciting services from a
qualified independent accountant for NCAA required agreed-upon procedures related
to our intercollegiate athletics program. The purpose of the engagement report is

ESU in exerting control over financial activity made by or on behalf of the
athletics program.
