Question: Page 11, Spec-2, #4 says vendors must provide OPIS documentation proving the rack price. OPIS is a subscription based service and it is against the agreement to share OPIS pricing. Does the district have an OPIS subscription of their own?
Response: The district does not maintain a subscription to OPIS.
