Question: Can you please provide the electric needed for the equipment
Response: In reference to the Large Kitchen Equipment Bid, here are the power requirements that need to be met; Lakeview Steamer - Natural Gas, Outlet Voltage 110-120 volts AC Timberland Steamer - Electric 208 Volts, Three Phase, 30 amp 208/240 volts Boone Trail Combi/Convection ovens -240 Volts, Three Phase, 4 pole Timberland Double Stacked Combi oven -120 Volts single phase, Natural Gas 110-120 outlet

Question: Please confirm the full shipping location for these items. Please confirm if there is installation necessary for any of these items.
Response: All items with the exception of the Alto Shaam Model CTP7-20E, combi oven and the ASC-4E Electric Convection Oven for Boone Trail. These items need to be shipped to Kaemmerlen Electric, at 2728 Locust St., St. Louis, MO 63103. *** updated 8/28 at 2:45 pm I would like to correct the address for Kaemmerlin Electric. I would like the two pieces of equipment that we wanted for Boone Trail Elementary to be delivered to Kaemmerlin Electric located at 1539 South Kingshighway, St. Louis, MO 6311 All of the remainders of the equipment needs to be shipped to the Wentzville School District, Support Services, 101 Support Service Dr. Wentzville, MO 63385. None of this equipment needs to be installed.
