Overview: This form shall serve as official notice of the City's decision to “CANCEL” the above bid. As stated in the Invitation to Bid, section 3.3.12: Rejection/Cancellation/Award of Bids, (b) The City has the right to reject any submittals which show omissions, irregularities, alterations of forms or unsolicited responses. All bid submissions were missing bid bonds and performance bonds. (3.8 Bid Bonds: Bid, Performance, Payment) Therefore, they are considered to be INCOMPLETE BIDS. This project will be out for rebid in the future and will include more defined information for you to consider when preparing your bid. All bidders will receive notice and are encouraged to submit revised bid packets.
