Description: This project will include:
- Mill 2 inches of existing asphalt
- Haul off Materials
- Grade existing stone base & prepare for paving
- Replace with 2inches of new asphalt (approximately 1800 square yards)
- Crack fill and seal coat the remainder of existing asphalt (approximately 2150 square yards)
- Restripe/paint all parking and lines in entire area
Contractor to verify total square yards needed for repair/replacement. All work must be completed by July 31, 2022 and will not begin until the date established by the awarded proposer and the District. A minimum of 45 days will be allotted from commencement to completion.
