PUBLIC NOTICE

INVITATION TO BID # 1141 

The Springfield Electric Department will be accepting sealed bids for the following:

Painting of Wartrace Substation, Bill Jones Industrial Drive and Kelton Jackson Road.  This bid is for paint removal and painting of all substation structures.

Specifications and pictures of substation structures may be downloaded at www.springfieldtn.gov.  Power transformer should not be included in this bid.  Site visit is recommended but not required.  Contact Sandy Vallejo, (931)217-3138 for access inside substation.  PPE required for site visit.

Sealed bids must be received in the Office of the City Recorder, 405 North Main Street, Springfield, TN 37172 by 2:00 pm local time, Thursday, October 1, 2020.  Please note Bid #1141 on the outside of the sealed envelope. 

The City of Springfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
