NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that THE CITY OF RATON requests qualification based proposals for professional services related to on call civil engineering services.

The City of Raton shall receive sealed proposals in the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 14, 2019 as follows:

The RFP shall be available at http://www.ratonnm.gov/ , or by contacting the office of the City Clerk /Treasurer.  A Pre-Proposal Conference will not be held, proposers may obtain additional information by contacting the Chief Procurement Officer, Michael Anne Antonucci at (575) 445-9551 or via email at mantonucci@cityofraton.com.

The scope of work and the criteria for selection are described in the Request For Proposals (RFP).  The City of Raton reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any irregularities in any proposal or the proposal process.
