purpose if this bid is to establish a contract between the Board and bidder(s)
to furnish a microfiber mopping system as specified within. The intent of this
Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to award a qualified supplier for purchases to be
made on an as needed basis. The Board’s intent is to award the contract to one
supplier who will supply microfiber system as specified below, or an approved
equivalent, for purchase at the best price to the Baldwin County Board of
Education (BCBOE).
