Description: Notice is hereby given that competitive sealed bids will be accepted by the City of Raton for the West Colfax Avenue Resurfacing Project - Project No. 2022-03-17. The work shall generally consist of construction of a hot-mix asphalt resurfacing course on an 1850 linear foot section of West Colfax Avenue.
Sealed bids shall be received until Monday, June 27, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the office of the City Clerk/Chief Procurement Officer as follows:

Seale Bids received after this date and time will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after the specified closing time. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the amount bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
