Description: The Framingham Public School Department is seeking proposals for a lease of classroom space a period of up to thirty-four (34) months February 26, 2024 - June 15, 2024 and September 2024 - June 2025(10 months) and September 2025-June 2026 (10 months) and September 2026-June 2027(10 months) during the school year with working hours at 7:00am - 5:30pm. No summer space needed. The School Department is looking for four (4) classrooms with at least five hundred (500) square feet per classroom for a total of at least approximately two thousand (2,000) square feet of modern, usable classroom space within an existing building for the School Department’s Pre-K classroom expansion initiative. Occupancy must commence no later than February 26, 2024. The specific property requirements are described in the RFP and is generally identified as a building with adequate parking and the appropriate number of classrooms needed to house approximately 60 students. The minimum 2,000 square feet of useable classroom space does not include “common areas”.
