Response: There is no record of your application in my file. Please submit your application accordingly to the instruction and requirements in 20-040. The completed application will be reviewed by NFS, NFS/Procurement will notify your application status. Only pre-qualifed vendors are able to bid on these CDBG funded projects.

Question: Hello, We are registered and would like to know if this bid process includes mold remediation, water damage mitigation or bio or disinfection cleanings
Response: We may ask the pre-qualified contractor to perform mold remediation, water damage mitigation or bio or disinfection cleanings as a part of the rehabilitation project. To become our pre-qualified contractors, you must download the document posted on 3/28/2022, NFS 20-040 Housing Rehabilitation and Demolition Prequalified Contractors. Please complete and submit Part IV. Contractor Application along with supporting documents to Loretta Browning at lbrowning@avondaleaz.gov.
