Question: The shade structures to be installed on Location #2 are not specified. Can you clarify exactly what the City is looking for? I.E. type, brand, color, material. Thank you.
Response: Addendum has been uploaded to remove the shade structures. Please download the attachment.

Question: Can bid be for only the metal roof? Would Conroe consider both roofs being metal?
Response: At pre-bid that we could award them separately so if they only want to bid on the metal roof at Kasmiersky Park that is okay. Roofing material should match like for like. Metal roofing at Parks Administration will not be accepted.
