Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Murfreesboro, City Manager’s Office, City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee until 3:00 p.m., CST on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, for the construction of The Doug Young Public Safety Training Center (Sitework for approximately 9 acres for property located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Highway 99/New Salem Hwy and Bridge Avenue), located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

The work includes the following elements: 

This work includes the earthwork, utility, storm drainage, paving, landscaping and site lighting and related work as shown on the Construction Plans and listed in the Contract Documents.  The site has previously been cleared and demolition of certain on-site buildings and site elements has been completed.  In addition, a fire training tower has been constructed in the southwestern corner of the site while there are 5 existing buildings that remain and will remain beyond this project.
