Description: As a part of an ongoing program to locate, prioritize and remove infiltration and inflow (I/I) from the collection system, the Clayton County Water Authority (CCWA) intends to contract for the annual services of an experienced contractor to complete sewer system evaluation surveys (SSES) for the period January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018. CCWA reserves the right to award to a backup contractor to ensure our requests can be performed as needed, to meet quality, schedule, and other requirements. A combination of temporary flow monitoring studies, sewer capacity models, risk assessment, and other data drive the decisions for where to perform SSES. Proposals will be evaluated by CCWA staff and ranked based on the criteria items outlined in the RFP package. In addition, Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE) participation will be taken into consideration in evaluating this proposal. The contract may be extended for a second and third twelve (12) month period by mutual written consent by both parties with no changes in the terms, conditions, or prices.
