Description:

The approximate extent and character of the Work is generally described as follows:
The City of Griffin, Georgia is converting their sludge disposal process from liquid land application
to a dewatering and drying process. This will allow disposal of the dried class A sludge in a landfill
or other options in the future. The overall project will include the construction of four (4) 1,200 s.f.
pre-engineered buildings at four (4) separate facilities as well as one (1) 9,600 s.f. dryer facility at
one of the sites.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Please sign up if you plan to attend the pre-bid meeting.A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 10:00AM at the City of Griffin Shoal Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, 2940 West Ellis Road, Griffin, Georgia 30224. Prospective bidders must attend the pre-bid conference to be eligible to bid on the project and may contact Paragon Consulting Group at (770) 412-7700 with any questions about the meeting location. Contractors are advised to have subcontractors and suppliers/installers in attendance at the pre-bid conference.
