Question 1
Posted: 10/25/2024
Question: In regards to Local Presence: What's the value of this requirement to the district for this project? Are you looking for the teams to include a local engineering firm, or simply the engineer, no matter the location, participate in local organizations/community events.
Response: Our Vision Statement for the Farmers Club project is “Inspiring students through sustainable agriculture, environmental stewardship, and community connections.” Historically, the Farmers Club served as a community hub where individuals came together to improve the lives of all its members. Reflecting on this legacy, we ask vendors to outline their local presence and community involvement. We are not assigning a specific value to this aspect of your response; instead, we are looking for partners who share our dedication to fostering community connections. We are interested in firms that demonstrate a long term commitment to support and engage with our community.

Question: In Section 2: Professional Credentials, it lists civil engineers and cost estimators. Are these roles required as part of the MEP/FP team?
Response: They are not required but if you have members of your team that fill these roles please include their Professional Credentials
