General Notice

Grant County (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

Bandoni Drive Drainage Improvements

B-22-01

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by Grant County located at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, NM 88061, until Friday, July 16 at 3:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

The Project involves construction of drainage improvements along Bandoni Drive (concrete channel and low water crossing) and crossing culvert improvements at Cottage San Road. Project includes remedial roadway and utility improvements as necessary to construct drainage improvements.

Bids are requested for the following Contract: Bandoni Drive Drainage Improvements/Bid No. B-22-01.

Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website:

Bidding forms and contract documents, including plans, specifications, and other documents to be used in connection with the submission of bids may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register under the Bids section at www.bhinc.com to obtain access to the BHITracker and bidding documents. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

1.DOWNLOAD THE BIDDING DOCUMENTS FROM THE BHI TRACKER: The bidding documents are available during the bidding phase from the TRACKER PORTAL tab under the BIDS section.

2.PLEASE SUBMIT ALL QUESTIONS THROUGH THE BHI TRACKER: To submit a question, go to the BIDDING tab and click on SUBMIT QUESTION. This will direct you to a form to enter the question; when complete click SUBMIT and the question will be sent to BHI for review. Responses to questions will be included in the Addenda section (under the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS tab) and bidders will be notified via email when this information is available.

3.The bidders list is provided in the BIDDERS LIST tab.

Pre-bid Conference

A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, July 8 at 2:00 PM at Grant County, 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, NM 88061. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
