The St. Johns River Water Management District (District) desires to Procure a contractor to fabricate A-frame for S157 to be used when dewatering upstream of structure for gate maintenance.. This letter is forwarded to you as an offer to provide a quotation based on the information and requirements provided herein, including the technical requirements stated in the attached SOW (Exhibit 1). The quote shall include all labor, materials, insurance, and other related costs for the services described in the SOW.

The scope of work generally includes providing all equipment, material and labor to fabricate and paint

one “A” frame at the contractor’s facilities.

There will be a Non-Mandatory site visit on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 10:00AM at

9555 S. Babcock Street, Palm Bay FL.
