Rio Rancho Public Schools (“RRPS”) wishes to establish a price
agreement(s) for replacement of various HVAC Filters provided by RRPS. Contractor shall develop records depicting
date and time that the filters were replaced for the various HVAC systems and
locations. Please carefully read all instructions,
specifications, terms and conditions. Failure to comply with the instructions,
specifications, terms and conditions of this ITB may result in your bid
submittal being classified as unresponsive and disqualified.

Question: During the process of the District's Procurement ITB No. 2021-003-FAC-HVAC Filters. It was established that poly would be provided as a Merv 13 pleat. The current bid still suggest in Appendix A Pricing that poly filters are still in use. Should poly filters be considered as a Merv 13 for this ITB?
