• Torrance Unified School District is requesting proposals from qualified B-General Contractors to relocate and set one 36 x 40 portable building at Levy Adult Education Center, 3420 W. 229^th Place, Torrance, CA.

Prequalification.  General Contractors with “B” license, must be prequalified no later than Friday, July 26, 2019.  The prequalification package is available at the Torrance Unified School District website http://www.tusd.org.  Bids will be returned un-opened to contractors who are not prequalified by July 26, 2019.

•  A Mandatory job walk will be conducted on Monday, 07/22/2019 at 9:00 am.  A pre-bid conference will be held in the Purchasing Office Conference Room prior to the job walk.  See attached site maps for on-site parking and meeting location.
