Question: Hello, please include the estimated annual volumes of each line item we are being asked to quote, as mentioned in the RFP. It appears the right side of the Price Chart is cut off past the Unit Price column. How many pick ups are typically needed on an annual basis? Where is the roll off of latex paint currently being sent for processing? How many roll offs of latex paint are generated per year? Do you plan to handle the latex paint the way it is currently? Please send me the most recent 6 invoices, with accompanying shipping paperwork. Please send your most recent vendor, for these services, a copy of their price sheet. Flourescent bulbs are typically packed in 4 and 8 foot boxes, what size bulbs are you packing into 55 gallon drum? Are these bulbs whole or broken?
Response: We need/do about 4-6 large pickups a year. This is typically one semi-trailer. We fill (2) 30yd Open Top containers with latex paint about every six weeks.Once our paint is taken by our current vendor it is solidified then transported to a plant in Fairfax, VA for incineration. Fluorescent bulbs are placed in 55 gallon barrels broken. Invoices etc. can be obtained by submitting a FOIA request but will be responded to once the bidding process is complete. We are looking for vendors to submit their own pricing.

Question: Hello, as stated on the RFP, where are the estimated quantities listed? Estimated quantities of the various materials are included in the bid price schedule. It appears as though the right side of the price sheet on page 12 extends beyond the right border and cuts off any data to the right of the Unit Price Column. Please confirm. Also, Do you have any Disposal Restrictions placed on your material? We understand that TSDF's need to be listed.
Response: Estimated quantities of the various materials are included in the bid price schedule. In FY22 22.90 tons of paint were collected at Centers. Pricing Sheet does not extend beyond that, all data is visible. All SCDHEC guidelines, including federal and local regulations are to be followed when disposing of HHW.

Question: Hello, Please confirm if you own the 30 yard roll off box that is used to haul the latex paint to your current vendors outlet, or do we need to include rental for the box into our disposal price? Is it a single roll off going back and forth or are 2 or more roll offs used?
Response: We receive/are supplied with (2) roll offs at a time from our current vendor.
