Description: The work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary replace the existing air conditioning systems for the CFX HQ building located at 4974 ORL Tower Rd, Orlando, FL 32809. Work includes, but is not limited to, the chiller, chilled water AHUs, split duct system, ductwork, pumps, piping, VAV boxes and controllers, etc. All work is located in Orange County.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A mandatory pre-bid meeting / site visit will be held at 9:00 a.m., local time, on June 19, 2025, at CFX’s Headquarters Building located at 4974 ORL Tower Road, Orlando, Florida. Representatives of CFX and Engineer of Record will be present to discuss the project. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss requirements of the project in an open forum. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting and site visit is mandatory for acceptance of bid submission.
