Description: The Madison County Water Department (MCWD), a division of Madison County, AL (County), wishes to acquire a meter data customer portal (System), along with implementation and configuration services for the selected System. The MCWD is requesting information from qualified vendors who can demonstrate their ability to furnish software and technical labor for these type systems and associated products utilizing data from advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) water metering. Responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will identify meter data customer portal solutions and assist the MCWD in determining the functionality to include in any future System procurement and implementation, while enabling the MCWD to better evaluate systems for the most effective solution. MCWD is not seeking a Customer Billing Portal.
