The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) by the City of Goldsboro (City, Owner)
is to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for the opportunity to study potential flood
mitigation improvements to the Goldsboro Water Reclamation Facility (GWRF, Facility).
Statements of Qualifications will be evaluated to identify Respondents with the requisite
experience, qualifications, and resources to complete the study successfully in accordance
with requirements that will be specified by the Owner.
