Overview: The bid is awarded by total low to M-Jack Products as the apparent lowest responsible bidder, meeting specifications.

Question: (1) I see the RFQ asked for freight to be included but does not state anything about assembly or erection. We would normally provide a Technician at no cost to assist in assembling and erecting the machine and UAH would need to provide (2) personnel to assist plus the necessary cranes and a man lift to erect the rubber tire gantry crane. We can however provide a turn-key erection of the rubber tire gantry crane for an additional cost which would cover all manpower and necessary equipment, is this what is expected? (2) I do not see cab air conditioning in the specs which would not be a standard item on our rubber tire gantry cranes, does the end user require air conditioning in the cab?
Response: 1. If you a Technician at no cost you would put this on the bid as reference. 2. Add an option list for all items not listed on the bid. List as a option for the air conditioning.
