Quotes must be submitted in writing to Transit, 339 W. Michigan, Battle Creek.  See RFQ for details.  The City of Battle Creek will accept quotes for the HVAC project at Battle Creek Transit.     This project consists of, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of two existing (natural gas) furnaces and air conditioning units at Battle Creek Transit. All vendors must submit required Certification of Compliance with Federal Contract Clauses with quotes.  Failure to submit required certification at the time of the quote may result in the quote being disqualified.  The selected vendor must follow Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements and submit certified payroll documents with invoice, upon completion.  Failure to submit required payroll documentation may result in delayed payment.  All work must be completed during business hours as possible, and all efforts shall be made to maintain a reasonable temperature within the building while working hours are observed.
