NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN – The City of Spartanburg is seeking proposals from vendors to provide construction services for Annual Street Resurfacing for 2021.

Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows:

 Approximately 10,900 Tons Surface Type C Asphalt,2400 Square Yards Full Depth Patching, and 45,350 Square Yards Milling
