Rio Rancho Public Schools (RRPS) is requesting competitive sealed bids with the intent of entering into a contract for fencing materials and repairs on demand.  Potential Bidders are to read, understand and accept the requirements of this Invitation to Bid (ITB), especial­ly the mandatory requirements.

The Bidder is required to provide, as part of their bid, the qualifications and other documents requested in this ITB.

Question: Page 6 Item F. Do you really want a bid bond on this? Also if you do want a bid bond wouldn't you want to separate the price of the bid bond at the end of the bid as everything else will have tax applied but not the bond.
